I volunteered a couple hours of my time this afternoon to help document an amazing event put on by local Kamloopsians! This event was for anyone who could use a helping hand and included hampers of food and hygiene products, baby products and clothing!

I met alot of facebook names! It is so nice to put a face to a name from facebook, because profile pictures are just not the same as a face to face encounter ;)

This community is quite amazing. It comes together when you would least expect it and shows so much support to anyone who might need it! I am glad my afternoon was free!!

It was quite a challenge to me as a natural light photographer but I think I did pretty good. Alot of bouncing back and forth with my settings in each different area of the room as they were inconsistent spot lights on the ceiling...... I just wanted to share some of my favorite shots <3
