Reccomended action: Write a blog.

Meh.

I guess so.

The past 3 months have been challenge after challenge but I am resilient and still here, still clickin' although slower than usual I am blessed to still do what I love.

The end of July, someone hacked my facebook account through instagram. which ended up getting my account disabled and loosing ALL ACCESS to my business page. Over 4000 followers, I can no longer engage with, headed into the busy season.

Guys, I did all the things. 'what to do if youve been hacked' Meta, Meta verified, help center, following all the Meta guidelines. I have gotten 0 help from them and I mean absolutely nothing. I am appalled that a small business owner who has paid $1000's over the years to meta for ads I would get left out to dry. They really could care a less that my business was ran from my facebook platform. They STILL have my business active on facebook too! So my clients are able to message me and are left wondering why I don't respond. It is really quite horrible. If I was a wealthy woman, I would sue them. This is not right. I wonder how many other small businesses have been effected this way.

I have a guy who is helping me with more stupid meta steps to hopefully regain access and get my pages back, but its been a very long time, I am beginning to loose hope. And the reality is, this is a first world problem. I am hopeless for fucking facebook, there are people and children even starving and getting bombed to death. I can do waiting. What a stupid thing to whine about when you put things into perspective.

In the meantime, we decided it best for my sister to move into our mothers suite to help take care of her as she ages which meant, the studio came home! It has been 3 years in a commercial studio, that I honestly missed so many aspects of working from home. But last time I did this it was a pop up living-room studio and this time it is in our basement suite! I have a whole space separate from our living space dedicated to serving my clients. I am almost done setting up this years christmas sets, though a few feet smaller than last year, it will work just fine and I am so excited to see what we come up with. I am also very much looking forward to after christmas and seeing how everything fits in for a day to day photography studio... if you know me, you know that christmas takes over at this time of year lol

Hope it all pays off in the end.

Thanks for reading if ya made it this far! haha!
